-A work in progress by SABAngel You are viewing a mosaic work in progress. The wooden birdhouse lamp was bought at a Goodwill store. In the picture you see the birdhouse on a turntable, lazy susan. The artist finds using a turntable indispensable when she is ready to apply the tiles. It makes it easy to work on all sides of the project and not have to touch/move the base. According to SABAngel, "I have found a number of great ones at GW (of course) for little money - I have a number of sizes on hand (since I am always working on something and slow to finish anything...)" |
